Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition: unused and unopened with all original tags and packaging intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@memorycardsdirect.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable),

  • Instructions on how and where to send your item.

Important: Items sent back without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect contact us immediately at contact@memorycardsdirect.co.uk. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement, exchange, or full refund, depending on the situation.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, please follow the return process for the unwanted item and place a new order separately.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 2 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
